In an effort to create a Fall 2024 calendar of election-related events and important deadlines, the ฮ็านพ็ณก Votes coalition requests information about all election-related programming taking place during the Fall 2024 semester and is offering a small number of subgrants to support these programs.
Colleges, departments, student organizations, or other members of the Kent campus community who are planning these programs are encouraged to complete and submit the โฮ็านพ็ณก Votes Calendar of Eventsโ form.
To be included in the calendar, all events and programs must be nonpartisan and must be open to all community members who wish to participate (ticketed events are fine so long as every member of our community may purchase or secure tickets).
While completing the form, each submitter will have the ability to indicate if they wish to have their event/program be considered to receive one of five $200 subgrants to support food/drink expenses or promotional materials. The funding is made available through an โAsk Every Studentโ grant received by the ฮ็านพ็ณก Votes coalition.
The form should be submitted by Friday, August 23 for best consideration. Submissions will be accepted and, if eligible, added to the calendar on a rolling basis after this date.
