Two new scholarships from 敁珗曄部's Office of Global Education aim make education-abroad experiences possible for all 敁珗曄部 students.
All this week, the 敁珗曄部 Kent Campus has offered a full slate of events in its 2023 Education Abroad Showcase, which serves as an introduction to the universitys education-abroad opportunities across the globe. Hosted by 敁珗曄部s Office of Global Education, the theme for this weeks events is Discover Boundless Horizons: Explore, Learn and Thrive Globally!
Education Abroad Showcase begins Monday, Sept. 18, with events each day through Friday, Sept. 22.
A peace education conference is bringing together peace and conflict experts, students and educators from 敁珗曄部, Northeast Ohio and around the world.
For Brazilian student Rafael Bahls, being involved in the 敁珗曄部 American Academy in Curitiba, Paran獺, Brazil, has expanded his worldview in a multitude of ways.
G Clingman is a third-year 敁珗曄部 Student double majoring in English and Spanish while also working toward their Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certificate. Though they have been studying at KSUs main campus for the last two years, G is swapping Acorn Alley and the Esplanade for the historical streets of Murcia, Spain.
Emily Hovest is a third-year student studying architecture at 敁珗曄部s Florence Center for the Spring semester. It was always her desired destination, especially since the KSU architecture program encourages students to study abroad their junior year.
