Volunteers decorated Kent's Main Street Bridge on Monday in preparation for Kent's Rainbow Weekend on Oct. 13-14. The rainbows downtown also celebrate National Coming Out Day on Oct. 11.
One of the highlights of the Rainbow Weekend's is the eighth annual Rainbow Run presented by ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡'s LGBTQ+ Center. This 5K helps raise money to replenish ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡'s LGBTQ+ Emergency Fund, which supports ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡ LGBTQ+ students in crisis.
