Peace Upon the Earth, Episode 3 of Legacy: May 4 Podcast

The School of Peace and Conflict Studies originated at ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡ as a response to May 4. Today it’s central in ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡â€™s global presence. We travel to Rwanda, where ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡ convened a global peace education conference and, through the Kigali Summer Institute, immerses students in peace-building centered on reconciliation, in a place that experienced the unimaginable 1994 genocide.

Later, it’s off to Brazil, where peace education is within the core of an innovative program with ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡â€™s partner university in Curitiba.

And then, ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡ expands its presence in Southeast Asia through an education partnership in Cambodia.
